Here are some of the major pieces yet to be completed...
ASB Bridge Underpass
This project will close a key gap in the trail along the Missouri Riverfront by taking the trail under the ASB Bridge and connecting the Berkley Riverfront Park with the rest of the trail, especially the Town of Kansas Bridge.
Kaw Point Connector
A short but challenging segment, this connector will overcome multiple obstacles to link the trail with Kaw Point Park and the KCK riverfront.
Central Industrial District Bi-State Trail
This segment joins the Missouri and Kansas halves of the trail, realizing the vision of connecting the two downtowns.
Wyandotte Street Connector
Creating a pedestrian and bicycle corridor along Wyandotte Street will provide a route through the very center of Downtown core and another connection between the River Market and Westside neighborhoods.
